The biofarma S.A. research center is located within its experimental farm "El Pilato" that has a plant of 1200 breeding sows, it is defined as a unique place in Latin America due to the possibility of carrying out applied research in the areas of management, nutrition, food, facilities etc., fulfilling the objective of generating a unique database in the region according to the highest technical-scientific standards meeting the demands of the main pig production markets.
